Try Julia Išpold. This is a bit confusing with the two first letters looking very similar, but based on the signature I’m betting on that spelling. There are several references that indicate current Slovakia.

According to hand writing signatuře it looks like Zulia Zspoldova, but it doesn’t make sense.
it is 99% Zulia Zspoldova… it sounds weird cause it would make more sense
for it to be Yulia? but the crossline, the sugnature, the sinked tail and connection to cursive S… all of it typographically points to it being Z. I am typographer by profession but I am not specialized on historical variants… but from what I know, it seems to me like that.
So basically Captain Spaulding is your relative
