I mean, yeah of course. This is a former terrorist turned president. Of course some of them men who served under him are accused of war crimes.
That’s never stopped leaders in the West from working with men like him.
Article title is misleading, this talks about what some SNA units did back in March I believe.
Not exactly “new evidence” or by any of “his” key commanders.
