Might be from 13th of January run
In Memoriam is a memorial run to honor fallen Lithuanian soldiers. I cant tell which year it is, but it’s definitely not january 13th run.
I participated in this race, it was close to military day in Lithuania (November 23). The run was organised and alot of soldier and civilians participated on that day in Vingio parkas. All happened at year 2021
Not sure about the year but it could be for “Partizanų pagerbimo diena”.
