1. A few decades too late. The damage done to the planet by fearmongering about nuclear power (looking at you, GreenPiss) is incalculable. We could have had a massive network of thorium salt breeder reactors everywhere 10-20 years ago, and coal/gas plants would have been only part of tales elders tell their grandchildren.
