Go somewhere else
There are 27 countries in EU
And once you get blue card you can travel to any EU country of your choice
So get visa from EU country that is more open to immigrants and get blue card of that country
Then travel within any EU country you want
I have gone through a similar process and there is not much to do other than just wait. There is a queue of applicants and you just need to wait for your turn in queue to come.
