Over 70%. Must have been a lot of men dressing in headscarves too for it to be 71% of the general population.
Wow, for some reason, I was getting the vibe it was on the rise 🤔 Seems like it was true for a while but now it’s back towards the trend for greater secularism
Will Turkey become a secular country in the near future? It’s seeming to be heading that way.

1973: 82% (not official)
1991: 65% (not official)
2000: 40%
2005: 32%
2010: 29%
2015: 30%
