You are NEVER going to see affordable housing again in the USA. I don’t care how bad the economy gets because if house prices drop to half of where they are now, you still won’t be able to afford it because that means the economy is cooked and YOU are unemployed.
The entire “affordable housing” has been a scam for decades. They build some Potemkin villages and claim victory. Meanwhile millions are still left out.
