  3. Trump gave all his chips away before negotiations even started.

    He should have told ruzzia he wants Ukraine in NATO, even if he didn’t.
    He should have told ruzzia he expects all land returned to Ukraine, even if he wasn’t going to enforce it.
    He should have told ruzzia he was considering sending US troops into Ukraine, even if he didn’t want to.
    He should have kept his word on increasing sanctions.

    America’s belief they are the adults in the room has always been based on arrogance but they at least were earning the position by stepping up, now they just want to do fuck all but have not only a say, but a deciding say in the endgame.

  11. US has lost it leverage, respect and any trust it had with anyone in Europe and the West, this may be rebuilt in the coming decades, but no one trust trump or his family, and unfortunately they will be involved in future political parties.
