Signage takes precedence over street lines. The rightmost sign asks to turn left but it seems like the temporary “turn right” sign is a bit further on so that would cancel the previous sign, but then the third sign is the “one-way road” as it is square, but placed on the same street. As signs are valid until intersections, it essentially claims one-way road for a few centimeters further.
So you’d still have to turn right because of the last temporary sign, and are then immediately hit with a “no passage” sign.

I especially like the right turn arrow that brings you in a one-way, but in the wrong direction.

Not in this picture: your GPS telling you to turn around. but not enough space to do so.
I bet you there is a camera on the corner and 2 weeks later you get a GAS fine for taking the wrong turn.
