Germany under-21 goalkeeper Noah Atubolu is doubtful for the last group match at the European championships against England on Wednesday due to illness.
“I won’t take any big risks with Noah,” coach Antonio Di Salvo said on Tuesday.

“If I get the sign that he’s not feeling well and would be better off spending the time in bed, then the quarter-final match is more important to us,” he added.
Germany have already qualified to the quarter-finals where they will face Spain or Italy. Victory against England would see Germany finishing the group at the top of Group B.
If Atubolu is not fit to play, Hertha Berlin keeper Tjark Ernst is set to be between the posts, making his second game for the U21 team.
“Noah was already complaining about a sore throat before the game against the Czech Republic and now he still has a sore throat. He’s just not feeling well,” Di Salvo said.
