1. It’s just an arm that holds the gantry for cleaning the glass. The arm retracts into the roof when not in use.

2. Are you sure that’s not just the sun reflecting off it at just the right angle to be completely lit up?

   (Also please can we designate this building as the Play Button, I know how much Londoners love giving skyscrapers nicknames)

11. I keep pressing but nothing happens. I was hoping to fast forward to the time when that horrible mess has all gone and the largest, tallest building is (once more) the dome of St. Paul’s.

    Because that is what is going to happen when intelligent thinking comes back.
