4. I wonder why there was no question regarding the age of the garment John was wearing. If the garment was old the threads would be thinner than a brand new garment used in testing. The material would be more suseptible to tearing if it was worn. Maybe a missed opportunity.

5. It’s 2025 and this court house does not have updated AC or Sound Proof from Emergency vehicles going by or even a stenographer typing instead of whispering into a fighter pilot’s mask.. why would anyone believe that this trial would be conducted without any issues

6. The jury specifically wanted to verify if convicted of the DUI she is NOT guilty of the manslaughter charges.

10. It's getting harder to prove DUIs anymore, because science shows that unless the blood test has been taken at the time the person was pulled over, the test is no longer accurate. Sometimes it takes a while to become drunk when drinking. If a person drinks a couple of drinks, then immediately drives and gets pulled over smelling like alcohol, doesn't mean the alcohol completely saturated in their blood yet to make them legally impaired. Especially if a person has been eating along with drinking.

11. The evidence shows she us innocent. At the least, doubt.

12. The jury are basically asking "how do we fill out this form". It's not a hypothetical. The jury before them had the same issue. If you don't clarify it now then when? After they return a verdict? At a 3rd trial? When?

15. This jury sounds like they have very few brain cells, especially after hearing all the expert testimony. This should have been a clear cut case. Not guilty.

16. 2nd manslaughter but she didn’t hit him. Proctor planted all the pieces of taillight that was broken off the SUB While in Sally Port.
    No evidence he had been hit. Head injury wasn’t like from a fall onto flat surface. Bull💩

23. I dont understand why everyone dont see the confidence she is exuding. To me, it shows its all corruption and shes going to get away with murder just like OJ. Its a popularity contest now. 25. Karen Read admitted to being drunk and said she should not have been driving when she left bar to go to after party. What is wrong with her cult group and the jury. She admitted to being drunk and told Jen Albert she didn’t remember the night before because she blacked out. I’m just appalled at the koolaid drinkers that have the audacity to not even be real she is guilty of driving drunk when she told America in a documentary revealing what a self absorbed narcissist she is. I hope if she gets off she gets a wrongful death suit against her by the O’Keefe family, and they win a huge judgement that makes it impossible for her to recover. The O’Keefes need to block her from profiting off the fame she will chase out of her pure narcissm she’ll never dig herself out. She knows what she did! She’s a drunk. She’s even got vodka cranberry on the window sill in her documentaries.

27. Anywhere else in the country, this would have been an easy guilty. Apparently Boston area people are easily confused and deceived. Proof? The jury is confused over a simple verdict from.

28. If Court TV is trying to play both sides and not be biased to either side, she (Julie Grant) needs to go. She is the furthest thing from neutral. She makes off the cuff statements that are just straight up wrong, like the one she just made about KR running away from John's house and not seeking to fix things with Peggy O'Keefe. Does she know KR? Peggy O'Keefe? Does she have inside information that we are unaware of? Does she know if Peggy O'Keefe and Karen Read had a good or bad relationship prior to this happening. She has a responsibility as a journalist/anchor to get the facts correct. I'm assuming she is or was an attorney.

    I'm not for or against anyone. I am trying to keep my opinions based on evidence, not emotion. I would like to believe that someone who is representing trials would not just represent one side. Your other commentators/personalities do this. They go from one side to the other. They represent both sides, pluses/minuses. Points for the defense, points for the Commonwealth.

    Court TV, you need to sit down and watch coverage by your anchors, then tell me what the average person would think. Julie Grant favors one side, heavily. Her bias is very difficult to watch.

    If Julie Grant is going to be your anchor, may I suggest a new title for her shows, "Julie Grant for the prosecution "

This judge is reprehensible and totally obstructive to the defense…??? sadly, no sanctions to prejudicial judges in MA…Alan Jackson and DC are "my heroes"…this is a non-stoppable and steamrolling defense with professionalism, legal expertise, and courtesy…they will leave their footprints on Canton MA, this "judge", and the obvious corruption that framed Karen Read…prayers for "Not Guilty" on all counts for KR!…Court TV and anchors are a "turn off" with their obvious coverage and prejudice for Prosecution…
