Royal Ascot is an annual event held every June in Ascot, England. Founded by Queen Anne in 1711, this five-day festival is renowned for its rich heritage, world-class racing and British pageantry, attracting over 250,000 racegoers and a global television audience spanning more than 180 territories.

In 2025, the event will take place from Tuesday through Saturday at Ascot Racecourse. The event features 36 races, including eight Group 1 contests, with a total prize fund of £10 million, drawing elite horses, jockeys, and trainers from around the world. International contenders from Australia, Japan, France, Ireland, the United States and beyond are set to compete, underscoring the event’s global prestige.

Members of the royal family, including Queen Camilla, Kate Middleton and Prince William, are expected to attend the event.
