1. I am certain I'd just want to write "NOT GUILTY of ANYTHING other than being framed by police, backstabbed by Jen Mccabe, and tried by a completely incompetent prosecutor and biased, compromised judge," across my verdict slip. Probably with a sharpie.

17. If 3 expert witnesses say that John O'Keefe was not hit by the suv, none of the charges or charge two subcharges are valid! No collision = no crime! Period!

18. Not Guilty on everything tomorrow after the judge refused to answer the jury. It is clear they are NG on everything except for oui at 5am, they will give a verdict if ng on this now. Science doesnt lie, science proves her innocent, especially the medical science and ypu got a prosecutor that caught keeping xrays out of court and the fact he lied ablut the holes in the back of the hoodie shows this entire case is corrupt.

19. 2:41:06 are the videos of karen’s interviews evidence? how much weight to give? and commonwealth prosecutor brennan takes issue with the answer to the jury being, ‘yes videos are evidence to be given however much weight, if any, as they so decide

23. Hung Jury… the Jury will understand that she is unyielding, dismissive and doesn’t consider their question valid. Enough said.

24. ffs, judge just made instructions even more confusing. this is insane.

25. Based on the question from the jury, we know they think Karen is innocent on 2 out of 3 charges but don't fully agree on one charge. This actually means the jury believes a car collision happened but they don't believe it was 2nd degree, which requires intent. And since she was too drunk and therefore not lucid enough, she probably wasn't even aware that she was fleeing the scene of an accident. In other words the jury believes she hit and killed John O'Keef but by accident and didn't realize it the moment it happened. Of course this would mean Karen is still guilty of manslaughter (again if they agree that it was a DUI and that there was a collision). But they're stuck on the manslaughter charge. So from this I think she will be found guilty or it will be a hung jury.

    Guilty of involuntary Manslaughter, not guilty of 2nd, not guilty of knowingly leaving the scene of an accident causing death.

    This is my prediction. Which means Karen Read could be sentenced up to 8 years in prison but will probably only serve around half of it. If she was found guilty of 2nd, it would jump to 20 years / life in prison. But again it was basically spoiled that they think Karen is innocent on 2 out of 3 charges.
