In his first presidency Angela Merkel had to tell him 11 times in a row how trading with Germany/ EU member countries works – and he probably forgot it directly after that meeting.
This is what the people that voted for him wanted, and the people that didn’t vote didn’t care if he did it.
I’m telling you, I think we can slip a few executive orders into his stack.

Requiring another world leader to pick up his mess. He didn’t even make an attempt to pick up his crap. This is so fucking Trump. They would be howling 24×7 for impeachment. It would dominate their news cycle for months, if not years. It would played on constant loop for weeks.
