It is kinda funny how the average jordanian supports iranian strikes on israel while the government seeks to thwart them. Personally I would be the jordanian governments side if I was a civilian in a country like this, I don’t think I could hate a country so much that I would be comfortable with a different country that is also an enemy of mine launching weapons over mine to hit them.
Interesting !!!
Its free target practice for helicopter crews i guess
why is iran attacking Jordan?
Any idea on the model of the helicopter?
It’s just rude to shoot your load into someone else’s airspace without asking first
The West and our Allies need to be adopting Ukrainian anti-drone interceptor technology and operating procedures.
What did they shoot?
Hellfire? Stinger? APKWS?
Shouldn’t they let it pass as shooting down risks harming their own citizens or infrastructure from the burning debris?
before this war, Jordan would never do it by itself. they might let Israel/allies to do that, but they were in great fear from Iran response and always tried to take neutral position and be passive.
the fact that Jordan took a clear side and action, is really indicator for the change of power dynamics in the middle east.
Good thing they have beacons on or it would be unsafe

Jordan’s gonna regret this when Israel finishes devouring Palestine and upgrades to “[Greater Israel](https://www.reddit.com/r/CombatFootage/comments/1le0zbg/jordanian_helicopter_intercepting_iranian_drones/)”.
See for example Jerusalem Post article “Is Lebanon part of Israel’s promised territory?”
