I miss 5 years ago when the “Rheinuferpromenade” wasn’t as dangerous as it is now. Making space for people is good, for the right people that is. We had two stabbings there this past month, one fatal.

It’s been happening in Paris, perhaps on a smaller scale.
And here I thought Dusseldorf was a friendly neighborhood morale officer…..
