Conor McGregor was caught on camera allegedly punching a man twice at Pacha Nightclub in Ibiza, Spain. The Sun reported the incident and obtained footage from what appears to be cellphone footage at a distance.

Allegedly, McGregor appears to be talking to two gentlemen before swinging to the man to his right. He threw two punches in the video.

According to the report, McGregor stayed inside the club while the man who was punched was thrown out of the club. You can see the footage below.

According to an unnamed person who spoke to The Sun, McGregor was allegedly provoked. That led to whatever brief confrontation.

“Clearly something’s been said to annoy him and he’s reacted very badly,” the person said to the outlet. “The guy seemed to fall to the floor, and his mates came to pick him up and get him away. There [didn’t appear to be any] consequences for Conor, but the guy he punched was taken away and I didn’t see him again.”

The event unfolded at 5:53 a.m. local time, per the report. McGregor reportedly was with someone who was his friend while the others didn’t seem too friendly.

“He had his arm around someone who looked like his mate,” another source told The Sun. “Someone came up to them and when Conor hit him, about five people fell to the floor as the guy stumbled back. It was a bit like bowling pins, but the guy was really shaken by the hits. About a minute later, the bouncers came and got him on the back and took him out of the club, because he had annoyed Conor.

“It was right before close anyway. There was no messing around, they just removed him. Conor left through the garden a bit later, he didn’t look very happy  that they got into a fight.”

McGregor, a former two-weight champion in the UFC, hasn’t fought since July 2021, a TKO via injury loss to Dustin Poirier in their third fight. Poirier’s retirement fight against Max Holloway is scheduled for this summer.

McGregor was originally slated to fight Michael Chandler in his UFC return last summer. After he pulled out due to injury, McGregor and Chandler were anticipated to finally fight by December 2024. However, it never materialized and Chandler ended up losing two fights to Charles Oliviera and Paddy Pimblett in the time since.

McGregor is 22-6 in his MMA career but has lost three of his last four fights dating back to October 6, 2018. There have been many questions as to whether he’d ever fight again since his fight against Chandler was scrapped.
