So I returned my rental car in Bergen last week and now back in the US. I finally got my final invoice for tolls and ferries.
It appears I was double charged for same ferries and tolls. The date and time stamps is identical, and yet there are multiple charges with different amounts for same ferry and tolls
Can anybody in Norway interpret the toll charges?? What am I missing?? How do I dispute this if not legit..

What vehicle was this? This is relevant because ferry and toll prices vary by vehicle
Holy fuck.
Bymiljøpakken Nord-Jæren seems about right. Assuming you drove through Ryfylketunnelen and passed two seperate toll stations within the same hour (which is right according to your timestamps)
Ask the car rental company. It seems it’s not possible to see the ferry name in this picture, they probably have it in their system. Also tolls are more expensive for rental cars since VAT is added on top of each individual passing since it’s a company, but this is probably a mistake if there are duplicates.
The name describes the company that operate the ferries or toll. So you probably used multiple ferries from the same company or several toll stations from the same company. I can only see two occurances with the same time stamps. 30.06.2025 with Fjord 1. Maybe you needed to pay for both car and passenger. I don’t know but that can happen.
There’s only one repeated timestamp, and based on the others around it that is the arsvågen-mortavika ferry. You’ve been charged half price (ev price) for the ticket, and reduced price for the road toll that they also collect on that ferry. https://www.fjord1.no/eng/Routes-and-timetables/Rogaland/mortavika-arsvaagen/(page)/prices?date=18.06.2025&from=001311453652&to=001311421668
I presume they charge toll to cover the new tunnel that will be replacing the the ferry. Unfortunately, that’s not something you’ll benefit from. Other than that, it just looks like you’ve taken a lot of ferries!
It seems the only duplicate is on 03.06.2025 20:25, but the price is different so one may be the price of the ferry and the other may be the toll road. There’s so many smaller ferries on the west coast and it seems like you took quite a few of them, not following the main E-road which makes it a bit difficult to deduce your exact route. I would try playing with [https://bompengekalkulator.no/](https://bompengekalkulator.no/) a bit and see if you get the values to match up. It has updated price values for toll roads.
This what I pay every week

The ferry duplicate is because there is toll booth on the ferry, which means you are charged for the price of the ferry based on vehicle length, and separately charged the toll based on vehicle class (weight).
There are no other duplicates, all the other charges are individual passes. You even got the free hour pass (0kr Jæren charge), which requires a subscription, so that’s good service from the rental company.
