  1. Hasn’t Westminster already set a precedent by continuing to function even though Sinn Fein MPs have [refused to take their seats](https://www.irishtimes.com/news/sinn-fein-would-not-take-seats-in-commons-if-oath-was-changed-adams-says-1.134008) there?

    Shouldn’t the DUP be treated the same now and Stormont continue to function without them?
