Does anyone recognise the details on this birthday party invitation?

I was clearing out some books to donate and this invitation fell out of one of them (I can't remember which book, maybe a Bret Easton Ellis?). A long shot but does anyone recognise the name/address/handwriting/image and is there any interest in reuniting it with the sender/invitee?

I'll see if this post gains any traction and if not try to recycle the card after a week.
