Doesn’t Rwanda end up always breaking these?
The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark. Get ready!… Start. ding
I’m far from well researched on the subject but I have issues believing in long term peace with this Rwandan govt. The govts can agree on what they want, but the Rwandan govt has wayyyyyy more autonomy and ability to act in the Eastern sectors of the Drc, if there are rebel groups that want to jump the border and cause mass atrocities that isn’t going to end with a resource deal. The Rwandan govt allows its tutsi militants in kivu to seek its own path of justice against hutus extremists for crimes committed against them during the genocide and that will keep happening until there is serious pressure from the west on Rwandas govt who is one of the most developed countries in central Africa and also one of the most funded by the west.
