  1. As someone who has recently learnt to drive later in life it is genuinely pretty shocking to see how bad drivers are, often doing the right thing is more dangerous because people are expecting you to drive a certain way.

  2. Headline may as well be “People behave as they always have!”

Seriously, what a complete non-story. What’s next? Expecting us to be shocked by the revelation that most people sometimes go over the speed limit?

  3. Next time do the cyclists that don’t follow any rules whatsoever.

  4. You could go to any motorway and catch thousands of people breaking the law

  5. From the article it seems most were just taxis dropping passengers off or vehicles unloading to businesses. I can see why this cycling group isn’t getting much support.

  6. I saw 2 cyclists turn right on a red the other day & just merge into oncoming traffic. Idiots.
I think the guy with the camera should get another hobby. Photographing people doing what they have to do in their daily lives isn’t the best. Wait, that’s exactly what couch potato keyboard warriors love to watch. Cheap show.

  7. I live on a main road and when I am upstairs looking over the cars passing, every other person has their phone in their hand. Scary.

  8. When I took my UK driving test at the start of the 90s, there wasn’t a theory test as such: the tester would just get out a paper folder of road signs, point at the pictures and ask 5 questions.

Literally, two of my questions were pictures of a 70mph sign and 30mph sign….. maybe one question was about stopping distances.

    Old school, not always cool.

  9. I can go to the supermarket, one of the entrances is on a corner at the junction without fail on rush hour you can find multiple red light runners, multiple illegal reg plates, terrible modded cars, chavs on dirt bikes…. And the local taxi firm drivers parking in bus stops, side roads, pavements… could probably notch 300 a day easy, but cyclists can’t complain, they are running reds as well

  10. 300 law breaking drivers and all the Daily Mail reader comments think it’s the cyclist that is the problem

  11. Vigilante cyclist? Nothing in that video has anything to do with a cyclist, let alone a “vigilante” one. ‘Vigilante’ means taking law enforcement into your own hands. Filming law breaking and sharing it with the public and/or the police is exactly not vigilantism.
