  1. If we don’t start making the environment attractive to do business in Scotland or the UK, then businesses will leave.

  2. I’m sure our glorious UK leader will do something about this.

Maybe no government contracts for companies that outsource this type of work?

No, broad shoulders. Ladies and gentlemen. Broad shoulders.

  3. Oh dear, yet another reason to avoid Scottish Power, no uk CS matters a heck of a lot to me.

  4. I wonder if the government is just gonna tax its way out of this situation instead of encouraging businesses that Scotland is a “great place to do business in” with incentives

  5. Ah, it’s Capita. The same company that harasses you if you don’t have a TV licence

  6. Scottish Power already use an Indian call centre which is utterly useless. They just didnt understand anything

Only way to get anything resolved was to keep phoning back til you spoke to the UK customer services team who were great.

This pretty much confirms I’m going to someone else, likely Octopus ASAP.

  7. I had to laugh at the >London based< >Scottish Power<..

  8. Crapita at it again, next they will be outsourcing military enlistment duties to the Russian government.

Why the fuck do we let Capita and its ilk screw us all over? I was told that privitisation was the best and it was always more efficent.
