I'm out of options, but perhaps someone here knows!

Does anyone know anything about "Alasin Records"?

I found this hat in Humana, Haapsalu. Good hat, goes well with my proffession. I'm just curios about the history behind it. I've managed to find only one lead from my googeling, a band called "The Hellacopters". Any other bits of information would be appreciated!
