2. This is truly the worst timeline.

   Hamas has truly won the war, the Israelis I talk to are all showing signs of PTSD with psychotic features. They imagine enemies even where there are none, burn bridges reflexively, and just want to go to sleep and wake to a world where it’s all gone away.

   This is an abusers dream, a population that will buy your bullshit because your lies are better than the truth.

   I don’t think the country has more than 3 or 4 decades left. There is no opposition, no hope, and no future left. Just inertia and a generation of politicians in America who think this is the same country of the 1990s.

   Honestly, and maybe ironically, Trump might actually have more ability to shut down Bibi and tell them to stop than someone else.

3. By law, he is literally safe for 6 months because the opposition cannot vote on another motion to disband the government for that time period after failing this.

   Of course he has political breathing room; legally, he got 6 months of it before this war even started.

   Unless this war will last 6 months, when even Israeli newspapers expect it to only last a few weeks more, that breathing room will disappear quickly enough.

4. As usual Al-Jazeera fake news is spreading. According to polls he rose only 2 seats. Which means he is still losing the next election by a huge margin
