  1. Bet they’ll keep the subsidies for big oil though.

  2. Or high electricity prices will retain attractive amortization times.

  3. You need to stand on your own. Stop spamming this.

  4. I’m not happy to see the credits sunset, but at the same time I think the problem is people’s desire to get solar is a bigger problem than credits going away. I received solar credits 16 years ago and 11 year’s ago, and have watched my friends and family, that have money to get solar, do nothing solar all the while the credit was available. It’s a people problem.

  5. Or maybe it’s the 5 guys a week knocking on my door, that has a no soliciting sign, and telling me… we’re not selling, we just want to see if you’re qualified. Even after I basically tell them to Fuck off, they don’t quit or leave.

  6. Or maybe it’s overpriced and out of reach for most people. I have a small house, 36,K and don’t even think about adding a Powerwall it’s more like 49K and even with tax credit still very expensive and these people lie so much about the incentives I don’t know who to believe

  7. The anti-technology policy and big oil grift to Trump and Co. are driving a rapid erosion of US innovation. Antagonizing Solar and Wind is the goal just as we see in other scientific endeavors, re: FDA,NSF, NIH, NASA. And too any support that helps people: Medicare, medicaid, DOEd…

  8. How many people will lose their jobs?

Exactly what MAGAs want, higher unemployment. More people forced to look for low paying jobs

  9. In rest of world panels are 8.8 cents per watt. In the U.S. they’re 30c/W. Our protectionist govt puts massive tariffs on solar products from China and Southeast Asia, which started under (thanks) Obama.
