  6. I know it’s the defences job, but subjecting a young girl to that type cross examination just seems nasty. Hopefully they’ll be sent back to Slovakia after their sentences.

  13. We all have a stereotypical view of barrister from television and films. However they are open evidence must be put to the test in our system of justice. The judge would have instructed for the cross examination to done sympathetically or even pre recorded interviews and wigs and gowns would be removed.
