That brutal, event, began a dreadful chain-of-events, including my contracting Pneumonia. THEN: British Airways STOLE £600+ of fees I had paid for flights I would therefore be unable-to-take. Never in the many trips I have made across the Atlantic have I experienced anything as shocking as this! And, NO lawyer seems willing to take up this issue!
