No ID, proof of address etc , no bank account under various laws and rules established in Europe.
I had to go into bank, with ID to set up a savings account witth bank im already at due to security on accounts etc. The security layers cannot just be bypassed very easily asna private citizen.
Without the righr socuments you struggle to Bank in Europe.
Why does he have no documents? Is he there illegally? That should be in the headline.
