To live for four months in a tiny tent on a tiny island buffeted by Atlantic storms and burns where the only other human company live comfortably with hot water, beds, arm chairs, lounge, kitchen, etc, etc, and they will be the ones bossing you about constantly during that time.
You would think you would get paid lots to endure this type of punishment.
Pretty shit deal, sounds like quite a lot of work for no money, getting paid with a few bits of veg you’ve had to farm yourself.
There really should be some kind of limit on roles you can give out to volunteers like this, no?

Seems more like a form of prison punishment from ye olde days.
Temporary position on an isolated island for a short period and reasonable pay? I’ve seen enough horror movies to know this is a bad idea.
