    KURWA in conjunction with some word on the other hand…

    Something between the lines of “strzelaj, kurwa!”, “grać, kurwa!” where it loses its literal meaning would be a fun gift.

  15. In my opinion, it depends on what kind of relationship you have. If you make silly jokes at home and no one is offended, fine. I would probably find such a gift from an Englishman funny, because you can assume that it’s about the funny way you try to communicate, and that you find it is funny that he keeps using that word. But I would never wear that T-shirt… It can be usefull as a pajama or a housecoat… maybe. I think it is in some way sweet idea. A typical, manly, vulgar joke. But I know a lot of guys who like such jokes so… It is your friend, you know him best.

  34. It’s more vulgar than “Whore/Prostitute/Fuck”. Even if he doesn’t take it as an insult, it’s still a very vulgar term that no normal person would wear in public.
    This version with “keep calm and kurwa mać” is still vulgar, but better because at least everyone knows that “kurwa mać” is not used as an insult towards another person.

  35. Nah man, i like your idea and its sweet you wanna get something for him! A custom football tshirt sounds like a great idea if you are watching together.

    However, id go in a different direction. Kurwa in literal translation means „whore”, so dont make him wear a whores tshirt. Unless thats your dynamic, but i doubt hed be wearing it often ourside.

    Instead you can go for a custom national teams tshirt in which shouting „kurwa” could be more fun. With a nickname that you use for him maybe, hell even Pudzian, number 2137 whatever floats his boat. I like the concept and intention!

  40. No. Get a t-shirt with “Bobr Kurwa” and a beaver. The beaver can either be looking angry or happy/wholesome/friendly.

    This literally means “Oh fuck, a beaver!”.

    Kurwa in the polish language is more akin to what the French do with the word “putain”. (whore) They use it a lot, but it’s a swear. It’s hard to explain to an American as other languages have 10 words for fuck and you only have one. (This is just an observation)

    Bobr kurwa is very popular on the Internet. Poles have a thing for beavers, I don’t know how to explain it.
