Given the amount of discount supermarkets/own branded food within mainstream supermarkets there are, if you can’t afford to eat, you’re the issue

People get mad at NHS staff over the state of the service but then wonder why we lose so many to overseas systems. When they pay better and work-life balance is significantly better, you cannot blame them for leaving.
This conservative government have resorted to throwing shit in place of their arms.
My wife’s NHS workplace handed out a one off payments of £50 to some nurses to help with energy bills. I think it’s worse than not giving a pay rise.
