  16. Friend knew him and worked a junior job in the same company as him. He was always polite and friendly to the receptionists, security, postboys and odd job people around the building. Always said good morning, please and thank you, remembered their names. He was an exception because by contrast a lot of the execs in the building were ignorant, rude, self important and might barely grunt at these other members of the company because they were not ” important ” so not worth interacting with. Friend said he was the politest person in the building. And was shocked when he turned up on TV as Mr Nasty. Said it was all an act to make himself a character, that he learnt while working with the WWF ….
