Ugh. Low turnout is how nations usually get stuck with far right governments. I know the French Left wants nothing to do with Macron, but Le Pen is a Frexit disaster, would destroy the EU, and practically tear apart NATO just when the world needs it

Look at the top 3 concern in those election and the war in Ukraine is not in it
Pretty much all the candidates save macron in 2017 were positive towards frexit And pretty everyone didn’t gave a flying F about NATO…
The only reason France is more EU now is because they saw how brexit went and even now france sees NATO as a bunch of puppet states at the orders of USA
