Players interested in taking up the mantle of an Ultramarine on PC can pick up Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 for its lowest price yet in a new Humble Bundle store publisher sale. Released in September 2024 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, Space Marine 2 continues the story of Astartes hero Titus, picking up from the 2011 original game.

Despite being a direct sequel to a nearly 15-year-old game, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 turned out to be one of the biggest hits of 2024. Even after launching late in the year, the game broke major sales records and went on to become one of the fastest-selling Warhammer games of all time. Even close to ten months after its release, developer Saber Interactive and publisher Focus Entertainment reported that Space Marine 2 hit more than 7 million sales as of June 2025.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 3’s Announcement Could Set the Stage for a Call of Duty-Like Future

Just six months after the second Warhammer 40k: Space Marine game, another is on its way, and that might signal big plans for the series’ schedule.

Now, curious players can obtain their own copy on PC for a significant discount before June 29, 2025, as Space Marine 2 has hit its lowest price ever as part of the Humble store’s ongoing Focus Entertainment Publisher Sale. The latest sale puts the price of the Standard, Gold and Ultra Editions of Space Marine 2 at 40% off, making it the largest discount so far by percentage. For North American buyers, that brings the price from $59.99 to $35.99 USD for the Standard Edition and $89.99 to $53.99 for the Gold Edition. The Ultra Edition of the game is down to $59.99 from $99.99. The Season Pass is also sold separately for a smaller 20% discount, putting it at $31.99, down from $39.99 for the duration of the sale.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Gold Edition Gets Huge Discount on Humble

As far as overall value goes, the Gold Edition might represent the best Space Marine 2 deal of the Humble sale. That’s because at sale prices the Gold Edition is even cheaper than an off-sale Standard Edition, but includes access to the Season Pass, which unlocks a wide selection of cosmetic and champion pack updates covering different Space Marine Chapters. By comparison, the Ultra Edition is the same price as the off-sale Standard Edition but only adds the Season Pass and the Ultramarines Champion Pack DLC.

Though the Gold Edition might have the most value for money, curious players that don’t care about cosmetics can save the most by picking up the Standard Edition. They won’t need to worry about missing major gameplay updates like the upcoming Space Marine 2 Siege Mode, as those have been released for free to date.

With sales still going strong and Space Marine 2 proving to be a fairly active title despite not being live service, now is proving to be a good time to pick up the game. With luck and continued support, fans of Warhammer 40,000 will have plenty more to look forward to from Space Marine 2 while they wait for further updates on the progress of Space Marine 3.
