Okay, so, I highly suspect that Israel is busy being a ridiculous hegemon right now, which tracks historically, and I feel like they’re hedging a bet on U.S. support.
So I’ll say this: I despise US main media and do not trust the ‘news’ any further than I can pick it up and throw it. I am an American, and have nuanced views on such things. I hate the level to which our politics are polarized.
That said, I have seen both a statement by Trump that Iran “cannot have nuclear weapons” and also a statement that the director of intelligence lied about Iran having nuclear weapons about a week later.
Whatever anyone feels about the current US president, he does tend toward non-intervention internationally. Lying about a country having nuclear weapons would be nothing new (I lived through the 90’s, and Trump is no Bush), and really if you think about it if you wanted to, keep countries subjugated by the ‘Fed’ from developing energy and infrastructure independence, well, that would be the way to do it. Stop them from having any nuclear capabilities whatsoever.
That said, I hope everyone who needs to get out of Israel is able to do that safely ♥️

Like they did to my friends in Buenos Aires when they got robbed. Passports and all the money gone.
Called the embassy emergency number and they were told to come back tomorrow after 10.
No place to sleep the night, no money, children in the tow and the embassy didn’t give a single fuck how will they survive the night.
