The Awda hospital in the Nuseirat refugee camp, which received the victims, said the Palestinians were waiting for the trucks on a road south of Wadi Gaza.

Witnesses told the Associated Press (AP) news agency Israeli forces opened fire as people were advancing to be close to the approaching trucks.

The Awda hospital said another 146 Palestinians were wounded. Among them were 62 in a critical condition, who were transferred to other hospitals in central Gaza, it added.

In the central town of Deir al-Balah, the Al Aqsa Martyrs hospital said it received the bodies of six people who were killed in the same incident.

"It was a massacre," one witness, Ahmed Halawa, said.

He said tanks and drones fired at people, "even as we were fleeing – many people were either martyred or wounded".

Another witness, Hossam Abu Shahada, said drones were flying over the area, watching the crowds. Then there was gunfire from tanks and drones, leaving a "chaotic and bloody" scene as people attempted to escape.

He said he saw at least three people lying on the ground motionless and many others wounded as he fled.

  1. It’s just constant massacres of civilians, day in and day out. The fact that it’s seemingly barely even drawing attention anymore is nauseating. We are all seeing this genocide unfold in front of our eyes and yet nothing is done about it.

  2. I keep seeing reports about “drones firing on people” but what kind of drones are they referring to? I don’t think there are quadcopters with guns, are there? I assume these witness see surveillance drones and gunfire from elsewhere and assume the drones are shooting?

  3. So, when is the US going to regime change and free native population who’s being exterminated for decades in concentration camps?

It’s fascinating how those who are ethnically cleansing people from their native land for almost hundreds years were able to convince the world that resistance fighters are terrorists, every decade under different name, and in addition got world’s support in destruction of leaders and countries who were supporting resistance to ethnic cleansing.

    How’s that?

  4. Not even twelve hours after the ceasefire with Iran began, and technically even before it actually began for Israel. This country really cannot help itself but have to bomb somebody at all times, huh.

  5. I am struggling to make sense of this being so completely ignored by the world. These are daily massacres of starving people, lined up and mowed down in perfidy. It is so abjectly criminal that it staggers all belief. And yet it is scarcely reported on and, to the extent that it is, it is treated as if business as usual. GHF is a new and heinous device of the genocide, and it should draw constant outrage and condemnation.

  6. > At least 25 people have been killed after Israeli forces opened fire towards people waiting for aid trucks in Gaza, according to witnesses and hospitals.

I don’t really understand why there is no footage. Literally everyone has a camera nowadays.

Did people forget that reports out of Gaza Strip are not to be taken at face value? The “sources” on the ground falsely reported 500 deaths from a missile strike on a hospital last year or so.

It isn’t asking much to have footage when almost every adult has a camera on them. And before anyone claim this is an exception, the norm is that these reported massacres are just about always reported without video graphic evidence.

  7. Whats the idea here? If they were doing a genocide wouldn’t they be doing it more methodically than these attacks? What’s the Israeli battle plan and intel for this?

I’m not into the genocide calling, because for a genocide it seems to be done really randomly and with poor execution, something that seems unlikely of Israel. However i am also not really grasping at what they are trying to achieve here.

So what the fuck is going on
