  1. It’s not exactly representative of pub prices in Dublin though is it?

Every city has their tourist traps. If you’re from Ireland and going in there you know the score.

  2. I was dragged in there once. The customers are treated like absolute shit. Our foreign born waitress didn’t speak English. Orders forgotten about, orders incorrect etc etc. I hate this absolute shithole. Don’t ever go there. Your blood pressure will go through the roof.

  3. A pioneer? Jaysus, go back to the 1980s pal. You can just say you don’t drink without invoking the God Botherers.

  4. One of the most expensive pubs in the country serves some of the most expensive pints? You may be a pioneer but you’re not a pioneer of critical analysis are you

  5. Crazy prices, I pay 4.80 for Guinness and 5.00 for carlsberg in Kildare. Although I’m not agreeing with these prices, I’m sure pubs in Dublin probably pay much higher rent and rates than down the country. However, I’m sure tourist areas make the best of it!

  6. I rarely drink in Dublin, but one time I thought I’d see what it was like and got a jemy and coke. 9.80 he charged me. I never in all my life felt such a slap in the face from someone. 9.80 for a whiskey and coke?? I hope all of them businesses burn and the owners with them. Scumbags.

  7. I’m not sure if the point of the post is the ludicrous price of the pints in the first place or the fact that they went up after 12am. Either way don’t drink in The Temple Bar…or anywhere in Temple Bar really!

  8. Bad Bobs has a trick where they raise the price of a pint as the night goes on.

IDK why people go to these shithole bars.
