I was curious how much people from the 1940's dominated the US political landscape so I threw together the data. (Clinton, Bush Jr, Biden, and Trump)

Far too long for one generation. They refuse to hand over power.
And still we have yet to have anyone born in the ‘70s. Boomer and older just won’t let go of power.
Surely it can’t go much higher. Right?
We my takeaway is that presidential births tend to happen on a 30 year cycle, so we are due for some Seventies’ kids.
This is a really great graph. Shocking in a very simple way. Great work.
My mom is well into her 60s and has never had a president who was born after her
I did this one before

This is a weird ass chart.
3 of them were born in exactly 1946. That means presidents born in 1946 have served longer than presidents from any decade besides the 1940s, and this is already true with Trump’s current time served.
Clinton was elected the year I was born. He’s 2 months younger than trump. That’s freaking wild to think about.
Would be nice not to have a damn fossil leading our nation for once
No offense but a bar chart is a terrible way to depict this. If someone is born on 1939 in December vs 1940 in January does it mean anything
We’ve still only had one boomer president
