I'm visiting Germany until the end of the month. While I was waiting for a bus, some guy handed me this after saying something in what I assume was German considering we're in Germany.
Can you tell me what the German parts of this thing says? I assume it's just a prank or something but I still got interested

    Reads like schizophrenia for me.

    There are only four German words that translate to “The crown of time”.
