1. MEPs want to abolish hand luggage fees in commercial flight.

2. doesn’t really matter they will raise the price.. it helps that at least you dont have to search airline policies since it will be standard.

6. There is not enough space for every passenger to bring 2 bags of hand luggage. They could abolish the fee but basically non priority would have their bags put below, effectively making Priority a luggage fee

7. Either this or force clothing brands to give women decent size pockets, because we need to bring passports (IDs, wallets) to get onboard.

8. This is actually counter productive. People’s disaster of a hand luggage (looking at your three bags big jacket and a little purse Karen) are the main reason planes are slow to board and take off with delay.

   Disincentivising hand luggage benefits the group. But it’s annoying for the individual so I will get downvoted.

18. I just want airlines to make a standard and stick with it. I am so tired of always boarding with a suitable hand luggage, that takes around 1/4th of the space in the overhead compartment, and every single time there are people with big suitcases that they barely manage to squeeze in.

19. Be careful of what this may lead to. In Australia for example carryons are weighed while I’ve never seen any US airline require that.

    If I am happy with just a backpack on board why should I pay higher price ticket for a bag I do not need?

26. And in a few years we’ll have people complaining because half of the cabin luggage has to be in the cargo area because there is not enough space in the overhead racks and under the seats.

    Passengers and airlines are complaining about rowdy drunk and drugged people on planes but for that there isn’t any proposal, just for Facebook Karens complains.

27. The most disgusting thing i find is that when you buy 2 or more tickets at the same time, you need to pay for seats if you want to stay next to each other. They won’t give you 2 random seats together.
