I did a extreme diet in the beginning of last year but ended up giving up when I was below 100kg, but now I'm trying to get it going again.

Dropping 1kg+ per week for 3months, while impressive, is not considered healthy.
What’s your goal here?
Well done on the progress but it looks like you only logged 7 weights from when you started gaining until now.

Awesome job and don’t stop. I hate to tell you this, but it’s a lifetime journey. Here’s my past 12 years or so where I yo-yo the hell out of it. You’ll also notice how you did what I did, you only lose weight when you track the weight, as soon as you stop tracking it, you’ll have those hockey stick jumps where you didn’t weigh yourself once in a year, and boom you realize omg I did it again.
TLDR; Never stop weighing yourself, and you’ll continue to see downward trends in your dataset. Don’t be like me.
Either follow the binge/bust cycle or instead of dieting change the underlying behavior
Its probably the same graph for me – my weight loss journey was interrupted by alcohol relapse, this is how it would look like. I still eat calorie reduced food all the time, it ameliorates the weight gain from alcohol.
You will be able to do it you already have a great success.
