    High management is the problem from my experience. Even middle management is usually so fake and horrible.

  3. Well when ya treat your workers like shit what  do you expect it to be? 

    Pay the CEO  a 1000 times the workers wage when in fact the CEO are a drag on the company and produce nothing and do not reward those that actually bring in the bacon.
