Is that less or more than all the other houses? I can’t keep up.
Let them buy all the seaside properties because they’ll be the first to go when sea levels rise.
Is it me or does that average price seem low? I guess £280k for a bungalow is quite steep.
No surprise given how many people moved to working from home.
Well we’re in luck- there will be a lot of new homes by the sea when this bunch are submerged.
Am in Cornwall . We have 7+ food banks in a 5 mile area and homes just out if the 5 mile area that are £1m + because sea .
My flat (beach at the end of the road, 5 min walk) was £250k in December, now going for £275k. I live on a development of 90 apartments so it’s easy to track the prices.
If I’m honest I’m equally pleased at its value and equally horrified. I have one foot in the Im alright jack camp and the other in this isn’t going to help the cost of living/housing crisis. I’m half a cunt.
Paid £121k in 2003 and should have it paid off in three more years.
The effects of climate change will be fascinating for the seafront buyers
