1. you literally could not have made this stuff up. if you wrote a short story about this told someone with no knowledge of events it is fiction, and then when they’ve read it tell them its a true story there is no way they would believe you

3. I relation to Abdallah, he served his full sentance and was never convicted of any involvement in the Manchester bombing, even if he was a friend of the guy that did it. So that has nothing to do with anything

   Without knowing the case details of each of the 550 its just sensational headlines

4. So, what’s the alternative?

   If criminals have completed their sentence then they’re free to rejoin society. If the prison system works as intended they should be rehabilitated and if not, and they re-commit a crime, they are processed again.

7. In the uk according to the MI5 there’s roughly 43k people on the terrorist watch list of which 3k being of very high interest so this doesn’t surprise me at all

10. This reminds me that the Manchester Arena bombers were part of a known radical group (LIFG) who our government allowed to travel back and forwards from Libya because it suited our foreign policy objectives to have them going over there to cause chaos.

    The investigation into the arena bombing conveniently ignored this, and failed to examine the link between British intelligence and these terrorists.

    Criminals are released from prison when they complete their sentences.

    Arguing that the death penalty should be used 1000s of times each year is not normal.

12. Thank god the government bends over backwards to keep terrorists on the street. I don’t know how I could sleep at night if the people who want to kill us all were being locked up. Thank god the UK is standing up for the rights of terrorists

13. Terrorists who we aren’t confident are rehabilitated shouldn’t be released. Prison isn’t a way to punish people, it’s a way to keep the British public safe. Deport any with duell citizenship, and lock the rest up for life.

15. The biggest terrorist from the UK, who is jointly responsible with his US counterparts for the deaths of millions, is still at large, living quite a comfortable life, I believe.

    Why doesn’t the counter-terrorism units try to track him down and imprision him? Surely the authorities should have difficulties locating such a pathetic-looking end of a bell. His name is Tony Blair
