For the past few months I have been researching Carrickfergus Castle and learning all I can about it's centuries old history right up to it's present. Now I'm putting it all together into a humorous inked wimmelbilder.

I've made wimmelbilders of Dunluce Castle and Belfast Castle previously and I couldn't wait to get started on this one as Carrick is where I grew up. I have so many awesome memories of climbing around the castle walls, eating chips while avoiding the seagulls and watching the boats .

    fun fact, every single house in carrickfergus has a picture of the castle in it somewhere, years ago my friend disagreed until I pointed behind him at his mothers own painting of the castle
