MINSK, 26 June (BelTA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Maksim Ryzhenkov has met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties reviewed Belarus-Cuba cooperation in areas of mutual interest and confirmed their readiness to continue constructive political dialogue in the bilateral format and at international venues, including within BRICS and the EAEU.

The foreign ministers agreed to continue to work together to identify new points of growth in order to boost and diversify bilateral trade in goods and services and to expand cooperation in the manufacturing  industry.

The meeting of the foreign ministers took place during the official visit of Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermudez to Belarus.
