Hoping the good folks of r/Ireland can settle a bet for me. A friend is convinced that the actor from the Guinness Ad (Do You Know the Way to San Jose) is the same actor as the current Three Ireland Ad (Liam I’m on the move)

I’m inclined to think that’s a great spot by your friend.
It’s the same person in both ads.
Too hard to say imo. There’s at least 10 years between those ads though, I wouldn’t be as confident as you are.
Not sure but the son in the phone ad is a dose
I’m almost sure he was in an ad for heating/boilers as well. And maybe the grandad in a Christmas ad for something I’ve forgotten.
