Greenville Utilities to transport second LNG tank, expect traffic detours on June 28

The Greenville Utilities Commission is expecting a second liquified natural gas cryogenic tanks to be transported via truck this Saturday. The tanks are for the Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Plant expansion, according to a release.

During the move of the tank, some lanes will be closed, and motorists should expect traffic to be rerouted by the NCDOT, per a release.

The following roads will be impacted:

Gum RoadNorth Greene StreetNC Highways 11 and 33Old Pactolus RoadThe intersection of Greenville Boulevard US Highway 264
